The staff of DHC \/ DHC Express will provide a list of eligible doctors for Scheme Participant to select as his\/her Family Doctor. After successful pairing, Scheme Participants will be arranged to receive screening and treatment by the self-selected Family Doctor.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>How do Scheme Participants select the private doctors in the Scheme?<\/h2>\n<p>Scheme Participants can select suitable family doctors according to their individual needs through the search engine provided on the website of the Chronic Disease Co-care Pilot Scheme.
