Family Doctor Pairing Method 
Members of the public can go to the District Health Centre (DHC) / DHC Express to register as DHC members and pair with the private doctors as their family doctors in order to participate in the Chronic Disease Co-care Pilot Scheme. The staff of DHC / DHC Express will provide a list of eligible doctors for Scheme Participant to select as his/her Family Doctor. After successful pairing, Scheme Participants will be arranged to receive screening and treatment by the self-selected Family Doctor.
How do Scheme Participants select the private doctors in the Scheme?
